We hope this message finds you well. We have an important update to share with you regarding the U.S. Forest Service and volunteers’ trash cleanup event on 1N33, also known as Meyers Canyon Road, scheduled for October 26th. While we’re thrilled about this initiative to protect our local environment, we want to ensure that you are informed about potential traffic delays in accessing the club.
**Event Details:**
– **Date:** Thursday, October 26th – **
Location:** 1N33 (Meyers Canyon Road)
First and foremost, we are happy some of our members will participate in this community cleanup effort alongside the U.S. Forest Service and volunteers. It’s a wonderful opportunity to give back to our community and help maintain the natural beauty of our surroundings.
However, please be aware that the event may cause some delays in reaching our club. With increased traffic, we recommend planning accordingly if you have club activities scheduled for that day.
We understand that this event might disrupt your regular schedule, but we hope you’ll show understanding and support for the efforts of the U.S. Forest Service and volunteers. Our community benefits from a cleaner environment, and your patience during this time will make a meaningful contribution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Thomas Tossonian, President WEGC
