Dear Members,
I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, I must share some disappointing news regarding the operations at the West End Gun Club this upcoming weekend.
Due to an issue with the creek crossing road to enter our club grounds, it is unsafe for our staff to open the range as scheduled. Additionally, we regret to inform you that the Practical Pistol Match, which was planned for this weekend, will be canceled.
Ensuring the safety of our members and staff is our top priority, and we cannot compromise on this matter. After much deliberation, The Staff, Range Director, and Board Members determined that the crossing the creek would be too dangerous, so regrettably, we will not be able to proceed with our planned activities.
As a result, the range will remain closed to limited members, and the Practical Pistol Match will not take place this weekend. We understand the disappointment this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
We will keep you updated on the progress of resolving the creek crossing issue and provide information on when we expect to reopen the range for regular operations.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
Thank you for your continued membership and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Thomas Tossonian
West End Gun Club
