First of all, do you have an account? The website was rebuilt and all member accounts were deleted. If you want to check and see if you have an account go to the member login screen.
Once you are at the member login screen, you will see an option to reset your password. Enter your password and submit. If you do currently have an account, you will receive a password reset link to your email. This verifies your account. Proceed to the next section.
If you do not get a password reset link, you do not have an account. Go back to the member login page and create an account using the form.
I have an account but I still can't login!
Most login problems are caused by something stored in your browser. You can clear this up by clearing your cookies and browser cache. However, by doing this, it will wipe out all the passwords, etc., you have saved for other sites Your browser has the ability to launch a private or incognito window. That will bypass all the saved information. Here are instructions on launching such a window. If you can login with a private window, you can keep doing that to access the site or clear your browser cache and cookies.
A second item is you must have cookies enabled to login. Sorry folks, that is the way the software is built.
