To All Members of the West End Gun Club,
During our regular monthly cleaning with a professional service, it was discovered that the clubhouse in Ontario is experiencing both a black widow spider issue and a mouse problem. We are actively addressing these concerns by conducting thorough cleaning, removal of visible pests, and taking immediate preventive measures.
In addition, we will be engaging a licensed pest control service later this week to conduct a comprehensive extermination for both spiders and mice. This scheduling is due to today’s regularly scheduled member and board meeting.
We want to ensure all members are informed and have the opportunity to take any necessary precautions. For those who prefer not to attend in person due to safety concerns or possible allergic reactions or fears of these pests, tonight’s meeting will also be available via Zoom so that all members may participate without risk.
