The Range Staff would like to kindly remind all of our members, full and limited, to clean up after yourself! Recently we had a member being very argumentative with a staff member, stating that it’s not in the rules to clean up and that they don’t need clean up because the homeless people will do it for them! NO. This is wrong thinking. The range is not a location for a scene out of the The Walking Dead.
We DO NOT want tweakers on range property at all, because they will steal other range property and equipment. We have worked very hard on projects and bringing in equipment in for the benefit of all the members. It’s every member’s duty to prioritize the safety and security of the range – and cleanliness. It should be common courtesy to leave the range or bay cleaned up for the next shooter.
For the record, here is the range rule regarding cleaning up.
18. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and their guests. Deposit trash in the appropriate trash cans, dumpsters or pack it up and take it home. This includes spent casings or shotgun hulls.
We have had other issues in the past with members referencing range rules, and so we are working posting range rules at the range and they are always part of every member’s membership renewal.
Sincerely,
Range Staff

Thanks to all the staff for your hard work.
It’s sad to think any members would be rude & inconsiderate
