On October 27, 2025 we lost Deputy Andrew Nunez in the line of fire. “Drew” was one of us who shot our matches at our club regularly.
He was well known in our community and well known to many of us here at WEGC. He leaves behind his pregnant wife, and a 2 year old daughter. We are all devastated at the loss of Drew. He was a good guy and a good friend to us all. He is remembered for his bravery and dedication to serving his community.
At the November 11, 2025 board meeting it was requested that we post a fundraiser to support Drew’s family. If you can find it in your hearts to give to this fundraiser, a 100% of the proceeds will be given to his family. Any amount helps. Thank you.
